What are predicted bookings?

Predicted bookings are booking suggestions tailored to each customer based on past bookings they've made.

How predicted bookings work

Customers must enable predicted bookings in their Members Portal settings. Predicted bookings appear after customers have made identical bookings over a period of at least 8 weeks. Identical bookings have the same resource, time, and day of the week.

Customers can choose whether they'd like Nexudus to automatically confirm their bookings or whether they'd like to confirm them manually. If they choose to confirm bookings manually, customers can also modify them before confirming.

Predicted bookings don't reserve resources for specific customers. If another customer books the resource for the same time, the suggestion will disappear from other customer dashboards.
