Customers can easily enable predicted bookings and define their confirmation preferences from their Members Portal settings.
Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.
- Open the drop-down menu next to your icon and select Settings.
- Under the Bookings tab, toggle on Show predicted bookings on my dashboard.
You'll need to make identical bookings over a period of at least 8 weeks to see predicted bookings on your dashboard.
Identical bookings have the same resource, time, and day of the week.
- Toggle on Automatically confirm suggested bookings and send me a booking confirmation if you want Nexudus to automatically confirm predicted bookings on your behalf.
Click the Save Changes button.
All set! The settings have been saved. Customers will start seeing predicted bookings on their dashboard once they've had 8 weeks of identical bookings.
Customers who haven't enabled automatic confirmation can manually confirm bookings in just a few clicks. They can also modify bookings before confirming them.
