You can draft {{variable.proposals}} to send to new or existing {{variable.customers}}.

Potential {{variable.customers}} must be registered as {{variable.contacts}} to receive {{variable.proposals}}.

By default, any {{variable.plans}} you've included activate when the {{variable.customer}} accepts your proposal. Related {{variable.contracts}} are then invoiced on the next billing date.

However, you can stop this process by issuing a paused {{variable.contract}} that delays invoicing until you're ready.

For example, if your space needs to check all relevant documents have been signed before charging the customer and issuing the first invoice.

You can do this for every {{variable.proposal}} you create individually or for all {{variable.proposals}} created via the {{variable.Proposals_CAP}} tab in {{variable.InvoiceTax_Link}}.

Paused {{variable.contracts}} won't issue any {{variable.invoices}} until an {{variable.admin}} issues the first {{variable.invoice}} or sets the next {{variable.invoice}} date. This will activate the {{variable.contract}} and automatic invoicing will continue from the next billing cycle.
