Renaming Floor Plan Items

You can easly rename floor plan items that share a common name from any floor plan or directly through the Inventoy list.

For example, you have 20 desks named Desk 1, 2, 3, etc. and you'd like to rename them all Hot-desk 1, 2 ,3 , etc. All you need to do is replace Desk with Hot-desk.

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Inventory > Floor plans.

3. Click on the floor plan you want to edit.

4. Click on the Items tab.

5. Tick the checkbox next to every flor plan itme you want to rename.

6. Click Rename in the Bulk actions menu.

7. Add the name that you want to replace in the Text to replace field

8. Add the new name in the Text to replace it with field.

9. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

All done! Your floor plan items are now renamed. Any customer contract or booking linked to renamed floor plan item remain valid and are automatically updated on the Admin Panel.
