Sending Forms

Article summary

You can send forms in four different ways, depending on your needs:

  • Sending Forms Using the Form's Invite Link

Every form has a unique URL by default. You can send this link directly to customers via email or any other external channel. You can also include it in CRM boards, messages, and even reminders by adding the link to message macros.

  • Sending Forms From the Send Requests Tab

Every form has a Sent Requests tab that lets you send the form to customers while also letting you keep track of the responses you've already received.

  • From a Customer's Account

You also have the option to send a form directly from the CRM tab of any customer's account.

  • Sending Multiple Forms to a Customer via the Bulk Actions Menu

You can send multiple forms at once to a specific customer via the Bulk Actions menu available on the Forms page.

Forms can only be sent to one customer at a time.

If you want to get information from a large number of customers at once or automate when the request is sent, consider using our Surveys feature.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Forms.

  3. Click on the relevant form.

  4. Scroll down to the Invite links section.

  5. Copy the URL under Invite link.

You can now share this URL directly with customers through external newsletters, or even via email. You can also add this link to discussion boards or the message macros you use for some reminders and CRM board stages.

Customers won't receive the link until you share it via one of the channels mentioned above.

Sending Forms from the Requests & responses Tab

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Forms.

  3. Click on the relevant form.

  4. Click on the Requests & responses tab.

  5. Click on Send form.

  6. Select a Customer.

Can't find your customer in the list?

Start typing their name to find their record.

  1. Click the Save Changes button.

Your customer will receive an email notification within a few minutes. The notification will include a link to the form.

As soon as the customer fills out the form, the status of the request will switch from Pending to Submitted.

Sending Forms from a Customer's Account

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click on the relevant customer.

  3. Click CRM > Forms.

  4. Click on Send form.

  5. Select the Form you want to send.

  6. Click the Save Changes button.


    Your customer will receive an email notification within a few minutes. The notification will include a link to the form.

As soon as the customer fills out the form, the status of the request will switch from Pending to Submitted. The same will also happen in the form's Requests & responses tab.

Sending Multiple Forms to a Customer via the Bulk Actions Menu

This option lets you send multiple forms at once to a single customer.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Community > Forms.

  3. Tick the checkbox next to every form you want to send to the customer.

  4. Click Send form in the Bulk Actions menu.

  5. Select a customer.

  6. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

Your customer will receive an individual email notification for each form sent within a few minutes. The notifications will include a link to the form.
