You can offer support to your customers directly from the Members Portal through FAQs and the Help Desk.

FAQs
FAQs are articles you publish addressing customers' frequently asked questions.
For example, "What are your opening hours?"
Customers should check the FAQs for answers to common questions. They can access the FAQ section directly or ask the AI Agent.

Help Desk
The Help Desk lets customers send you a direct message if they have specific questions not addressed by the FAQs or need help with an urgent issue.
For example, "The Wifi isn't working in my office. Can you help?"
You'll receive a notification whenever a customer submits a help desk request and can respond directly from the Admin Panel.
