We've listed some common QuickBooks Online transfer errors, their cause, and how to fix them:
- Unauthorized-401
- String length specified does not match the supported length.
- Enter a transaction amount to continue.

Unauthorized-401
What it means
The connection between Nexudus and QuickBooks Online was lost at some point. The disconnection can can be caused by a number of actions, including:
- Changing the password of your QuickBooks Online account
- Moving your QuickBooks Online organization
How to fix the error
You can easily reconnect the two platforms via the Admin Panel.
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Quickbooks Online.
- Click on Reconnect.
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
Validation Exception was thrown.Details:String length specified does not match the supported length.
What it means
The name of one or more invoice lines is over the QuickBooks Online 100 characters limit.
How to fix the error
Check your invoice's lines and make sure none of them is over 100 characters before trying to transfer the invoice again.
Validation Exception was thrown.Details:Business Validation Error: Enter a transaction amount to continue.
What it means
The invoice has a 0 value because all its line items are free. This doesn't apply to invoices that have been fully discounted or credited as long as all the discounted line items had a positive value.
How to fix the error
You cannot transfer invoices that only include null or free invoice lines.
