Using Kisi with White-label Passport

This feature is only available on the white-label version of the Passport app.

Once you've completed the Kisi integration, your customers can start using the white-label Passport app to unlock doors.

Your customers don't need to do anything. As long as they have valid passes, contracts including floor plan items, or bookings for resources connected to Kisi, they'll be able to unlock Kisi doors based on their purchases.

You must enable Bluetooth on your phone to unlock any door using the app.

  1. Open your space app.

  2. Log in to your account if you aren't already.

  3. Tap the Unlock door tile and hold your phone near the door reader until the light turns green.

All done! No need to tap the Unlock door tile, as long as you are logged in to the app. Just hold your phone near the reader,

Can't unlock a door?

Make sure your phone's Bluetooth is ON and try opening the door again. If you still cannot open the door, you probably don't have access to it. Reach out to a member of staff to find out why and fix any issue.
