Using Smartalock

Your customers can lock/unlock lockers with their phone by:

  • Scanning the tile's QR code and logging in to the Members Portal
  • Tapping their phone on the tile with the Passport app or its white-label equivalent open

QR Method

  1. Open your phone's camera.

  2. Point the camera at the tile's QR code.

You are redirected to the Members Portal login page.

  1. Log in to the Members Portal with your email & password.

A locker will automatically open. Place your belongings in the locker and close it. When you are ready to collect your belongings, simply repeat the process and your locker should automatically open.

Passport Method

Customers need to use a mobile device that is compatible with NFC in order to use this method.
  1. Open the Passport app or its white-label equivalent.

  2. Log in if you aren't already logged in.

  3. Tap your phone on the tile.

A locker will automatically open. Place your belongings in the locker and close it. When you are ready to collect your belongings, simply repeat the process and your locker should automatically open.
