Creating Automation Tiles


Article Summary

You can create automation tiles from the Settings section of the Admin Panel.

Have a look at our Automation Tile Actions guide to check if you need specific details to set up the tile based on the action you select.

  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Create tile.

  3. Name your tile.

  4. Select the Action you want to trigger when your tile is scanned.

  5. Fill out any additional field linked to action you selected.

  6. Enable the Attempt to check customer in toggle if you want to check in customers scanning the tile.

  7. Click the Save Changes button.


Repeat the process for every other tile you want to set up in your space. Once you have all your tiles ready, you can order the physical tiles.
You can start testing your tiles straight away by clicking on the tile and copying the QR code URL. You can then try the tile by scanning the QR code on your screen or printing the QR code and scan it the same way.
