Adding Products


You can create new products from scratch or use one of our handy wizards to save some time.
Wizards are templates that help you create a new product in just a few clicks. You can currently use the following product wizards:

  • Day pass

Creates a product that includes any number of day passes to let customers check in.

  • Hourly pass package

Creates a product that includes a pass valid for a number of hours to let customers check in up to that number of hours.

  • Booking credit package

Creates a product that includes a set amount of money credit that customers can use to pay for their bookings.

Adding Products

Create products from scratch and control all the settings related to the product.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Inventory > Product.

  3. Click Add product.

  4. Click on the Manual entry tile.

  5. Name your product.

  6. Select a location in the Available at drop-down list.

If you select your Network location, the product will be available for purchase in every other location within the network.
  1. Add a Product description.
    This description will be displayed on the Members Portal.

  2. Define the product's Price.

While products can be displayed in different currencies, customers will always be invoiced for their purchases using your space's primary currency.
  1. Enable the Display this product on the website and the App toggle if you want customers to be able to purchase the product via the Members Portal or NexKIOSK.

  2. Click the Save Changes button.

Adding a Day Pass

This wizard lets you create a bundled product that includes any number of day passes.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Inventory > Product.

  3. Click Add product.

  4. Click on the Day pass tile.

  5. Name the product.

  6. Define the Number of passes you want to add to the product.

  7. Click Add product.

Adding an Hourly Pass

This wizard lets you create a product that includes a pass for a set number of hours.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Inventory > Product.

  3. Click Add product.

  4. Click on the Hourly pass tile.

  5. Click Add product.

  6. Name the product.

  7. Define the Number of hours you want to include.

  8. Click Add product.

Adding a Booking Credit Package

This wizard lets you create a product that includes a set amount of money credit that customers can use to make bookings.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click Inventory > Product.

  3. Click Add product.

  4. Click on the Booking credit package tile.

  5. Click Add product.

  6. Name the product.

  7. Define the Credit amount you want to include.

  8. Click Add product.

The money credit included in the product can be used to book any resource by default.

You can easily limit this credit to specific resource types by clicking on the Benefits tab of the product and then clicking on the credit itself.
