Adding Products

You can create new products from scratch or use one of our handy wizards to save some time.
Wizards are templates that help you create a new product in just a few clicks. You can currently use the following product wizards:
- Day pass
Creates a product that includes any number of day passes to let customers check in.
- Hourly pass package
Creates a product that includes a pass valid for a number of hours to let customers check in up to that number of hours.
- Booking credit package
Creates a product that includes a set amount of money credit that customers can use to pay for their bookings.
Adding Products
Create products from scratch and control all the settings related to the product.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Product.
Click Add product.
Click on the Manual entry tile.
Name your product.
- Select a location in the Available at drop-down list.
- Add a Product description.
This description will be displayed on the Members Portal.
- Define the product's Price.
Enable the Display this product on the website and the App toggle if you want customers to be able to purchase the product via the Members Portal or NexKIOSK.
Click the Save Changes button.
Adding a Day Pass
This wizard lets you create a bundled product that includes any number of day passes.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Product.
Click Add product.
Click on the Day pass tile.
Name the product.
- Define the Number of passes you want to add to the product.
Click Add product.
Adding an Hourly Pass
This wizard lets you create a product that includes a pass for a set number of hours.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Product.
Click Add product.
Click on the Hourly pass tile.
Click Add product.
Name the product.
- Define the Number of hours you want to include.
Click Add product.
Adding a Booking Credit Package
This wizard lets you create a product that includes a set amount of money credit that customers can use to make bookings.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click Inventory > Product.
Click Add product.
Click on the Booking credit package tile.
Click Add product.
Name the product.
- Define the Credit amount you want to include.
Click Add product.
You can easily limit this credit to specific resource types by clicking on the Benefits tab of the product and then clicking on the credit itself.
