You can easily archive CRM boards you no longer use. Archiving CRM boards hides them in all Admin Panel listings without deleting the records.
Archiving CRM boards with opportunities tagged as In progress automatically marks them as Lost.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
Click CRM > CRM Boards.
- Click on Select at the bottom of every CRM board you'd like to archive.
- Click on Archive xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
All done! The selected CRM boards are now archived. You can restore them in a few clicks, should you ever need them again.
Want to see archived CRM boards?
While they are hidden in all listing, you can still find your archived CRM boards using Views menu.
