The AI Agent answers questions based on your published FAQ articles.
The AI Agent won't be able to answers customers' questions if you haven't published the information in your FAQs.
- From anywhere on the Members Portal, click Ask me.
- Ask the AI Agent your question.
For example, "What are your opening hours?"
The AI Agent may take a few moments to respond.
- Close the chat when your question has been answered.
All set! If customers need more information after consulting the AI Agent, they can submit a help desk request.
