Booking Training Calls

You can book calls with one of our support experts from the Admin Panel.

Training calls are charged $/€/£175 per hour.

If you've recently started using Nexudus, you get 2 free introductory calls. Any additional call will be charged $/€/£175 per hour.

If you are signed up to our AMA package, you can book up to 4 free calls per calendar month. Any additional call will also be charged $/€/£175 per hour.


  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click on the lifesaver/buoy icon in the top right corner of the page.

  3. Click on One-to-one training.

  4. Select Online training.

You can also pick Formacion Online if you'd like to have a training call in Spanish or Treino Online if you'd like to have a training call in Portuguese.
  1. Select a date and time on the calendar, making sure the selected time zone matches your current time.

  2. Click Confirm.

  3. Click Add guest if you want other members of staff to join the training call.

Avoid inviting more than 5 guests per call to ensure everyone can make the most of the training session.
  1. Select your training type from the list, based on the topics you want to cover during the call.

For example, if you have a bunch of questions on invoices and payment gateways, you should pick Billing.

  1. Add any questions or specific topics you want to cover during the call in How can we help you to get the best out of this session?.

  2. Click Schedule Event.

You've successfully booked a training session with one of our support experts. The training charge is automatically added to your next Nexudus invoice.
