Branding Settings

Branding settings let you take full control over the look and feel of your Members Portal and Nexudus apps.

Whether you're aligning with your brand guidelines or just want things to look like your own, Nexudus gives you the tools to make it happen in a flash.

🎨 Colors Tab

This tab is divided into several sections: brand colors that apply to all.

Brand colors

Admins can define three key branding colors: primary, secondary, tertiary, and brand black. These selections will be reflected across the Member Portal and all companion apps to maintain visual consistency by default.

Click on the Show UI preview button to see how your adjustments will look on the Members Portal and apps.

Members Portal override

This section lets you change the primary color of your Members Portal.

This option is mostly useful when you want to use your primary brand color on all apps except your Members Portal.

Just remember this override is being phased out and will be officially removed in December 2025.

White-label Passport, tablet and mobile device overrides

This section lets you change:

  • The primary color used on NexBoard, NexIO, and NexEvents.
  • The primary, secondary, and tertiary colors used on the Passport app or its white-label equivalent.

Simply tick the Override brand colors for Passport, NexIO, and NexEvents checkbox and define the relevant colors.

Status

This section lets you customize the highlight colors of message admins see on the Admin Panel to match company branding.

This option is currently available in the Admin Panel, but the changes aren't reflected on the platform just yet. They’ll appear in a future release.

Brand accents

This section lets you customize the accent colors used on some screens, such as the booking card view on the Members Portal.

Surfaces

This section lets you customize the background color of elements of the UI as well as the page's background color.

🅰 Fonts tab

From the Fonts tab, admins can either select a preloaded font to use in the Passport app. For now, custom fonts will only affect Passport and its white-label equivalents.

For the Members Portal, check out how to change your Members Portal.

🔄 Transition tips

To ease the transition happening in December 2025, any deprecated or relocated settings will include a clear message link pointing you to the new location. No guesswork needed.
