Customers can easily comment on discussions on the Members Portal.
Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.
- Click on the Community tab.
- Select Discussion Boards.
- Find the discussion you'd like to join.
Customers can search by keyword or filter discussions by group, inbox, or tag.
- Click Join this discussion.
- Add your comment.
- Click Send reply.
All set! Your comment has been posted to the discussion.
Other participants will be notified about your comment according to their notification settings.
