What Are CRM Opportunities?

CRM opportunities are records linked to potential or existing customers that can be included in one or multiple CRM stages. Opportunities usually represent a potential deal that your space wants to win or a deal you previously won and don't want to lose. Opportunities can be monitored and edited as they move through different CRM stages.

You can have up to 5,000 opportunities per location.

For example, anyone booking a tour of your space can be added as an opportunity that you can then track through a CRM board from the stage where they request a tour of your space to the stage where they sign their first contract.

Another example would be customers who cancel their current plan that you can track as opportunities through a CRM board from the stage where they request the cancellation to the stage where their account is effectively deactivated or deleted.

You can keep track of opportunities via CRM > Opportunities on the Admin Panel.

You can also add or edit opportunities directly from any CRM board.
