Editing Email Notifications

You can edit all the email notification templates if you are a full unrestricted admin or you have a user role that lets you edit email template files.

Managing a network?

You need to edit your email notifications in each location as each set of templates is bound to its location.

While all email templates are ready to use without any additional setup, you may want to go through each of them and edit theuit content to be more in line with your branding guidelines and tone.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click on the language you want to edit.

  3. Click on the relevant notification.

  4. Edit the notification's content using the built-in editor.

  5. Click on Preview in the top right corner of the editor to see what the notification will look like in customer inboxes.

  6. Click on Editor if you want to keep editing the template.

  7. Click the Save button. 

All set! Repeat the process in every notification template you want to edit.

New notifications sent using this template will include your edits. Notifications that were already sent to customers aren't updated.

Deleted a piece of text or made a mistake in the template?

You can easily revert your latest changes by clicking on the left arrow of the built-in editor.


You can also click on the Reset button at the bottom of the page to revert back to the default template.
