By popular demand, our digitial signature integration now allows for multiple signatories on the same document. You can request one or more signatures on any proposal or document template.

What you need to know

• Signatures are sequential.
  The signatories are sent the document in the order you add them on the document or proposal. Once the first signatory receives and signs the document, the next one in the list is prompted to do the same shortly after. This process continues until all signatories have signed the document.

Limitations

• Multiple signatures don't work on documents you generate directly from a customer record.
• You cannot have more than 50 signatories for any given document or proposal.
