Whether it’s a coffee, a snack, or a meeting room pass, it only takes a few taps. Your customers can pay right away with a card reader or add it to their next invoice.
Guests and visitors can now also make quick purchases too! You don’t need to set them up with an account. They can just pay and go.

We’ve made the admin side of NexKIOSK way more intuitive. It now works like a standard point-of-sale system. It's easy to use and super fast to learn!
In POS mode, your admins can:
- Process purchases for any customer
- Add new customers on the fly
- Charge to customer accounts or accept card payments
- Apply refunds or record manual payments
- Manage invoices and stock levels right from the app

⚙️ Setting things up
Getting started with NexKIOSK is easy, just follow Setting up NexKiosk.
Decide how you want to accept payments (card reader, Nexudus account, or both).
If you’re not using a card payment processor, you’ll only be able to charge purchases to member accounts and no Quick Sales for guests.
