Customizing Your User Portal

Nexudus provides a fully white-label User Portal for every location in your Nexudus account. Each User Portal can be customized and edited at any point from the Settings section of the Admin Panel or via the Web template editor.

There are two levels of User Portal customization: basic and advanced.

Basic Customization

Basic customization helps you make the User Portal look like your own through settings available in the Admin Panel or preset code snippets. This customization level is accessible to anyone with a full admin account and doesn't require any specific technical or programming knowledge.

Advanced Customization

Advanced customization lets you edit your User Portal's code to change displayed elements, create new custom pages or even hide existing section of the portal.

This customization level is accessible to anyone with a full admin account but it requires a solid understanding of several programming languages. You can access your User Portal's code via Settings > Web templates editor on the Admin Panel.
