What are FAQ Articles?

FAQ articles are a quick and easy way for your space to provide answers to common questions customers often have directly on the Members Portal. You can add as many FAQ articles as you need and even group them into categories.

For example, you can create FAQ articles to help new customers navigate your space. You can also create dedicated FAQ articles for things such as safety rules and regulations.

The FAQ page is always public.

Anyone visiting your Members Portal will be able to access the page via the footer's link. If you want to make this page available to logged in users only, follow our tutorial.

How FAQ Articles Work

You create FAQ articles on the Admin Panel and publish them on the Members Portal. You can edit them at any point and add or remove information as needed. You can also organize them into categories to help customers browse more easily through the different articles.

Logged in customers can access the FAQ page by clicking Support > FAQ in the navigation menu.
