## What is Dropbox Sign?
Dropbox Sign is a digital signature integration that lets your occupiers digitally sign any type of document. Digital signatures are a great way to let occupiers sign their contracts or agree to your space's terms of service prior to their first visit.

For example, you can request all new users to sign your space's safety policy or NDAs.

How the Dropbox Sign Integration Works

Just enable the Dropbox Sign integration on the Admin Panel and start using the integration. You don't need a Dropbox Sign account you can choose to request a digital signature when occupiers join user groups or an admin adds a file that requires signature

Using Dropbox Sign adds a $/£/€15 charge to your Nexudus subscription per location.

The first 30 signatures are free and we charge $/£/€0.50 per additional signature. For example, if you have 25 documents digitally signed in a month, you'll be charged $/£/€15. If you have 32 documents digitally signed in a month, you'll be charged $/£/€16.

Can I connect my Dropbox Sign account and use it through Nexudus?

Unfortunately you cannot use your own Dropbox Sign account with our integration.

Are Dropbox Sign signature legally binding?
