Managing Your Account with Passport

Users can manage their own account through Passport as they would on the User Portal.

Simply tap on the three dots icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to access your account's menu.

This menu lets you easily:

  • Switch locations if you are part of a network.
  • Access and edit your profile.
  • Access your latest activity including your bookings, add-ons,deliveries, visitors, and enabled integrations.
  • Access all the FAQ and Perks articles.
  • Open new help desk requests and track all your open and closed requests.
  • Sign out from the app.
