    Message macros are message templates that you can use in reminders and messages to automate certain types of communication with your customers.
    Message macros can include dynamic tokens that automatically pull data from your Nexudus account.

    These message tokens let you personalise message macros and automate some of your customer communication.

    For example, you can set up a reminder dedicated to customers with a plan ending in a week that uses a message macro with message tokens such as the customer's name and their current plan.
