What is Microsoft Teams?
Teams is a Microsoft enterprise collaboration platform. Our integration lets users access the Bookings section of your User Portal and make bookings directly from Teams. Users have access to all the views (card, calendar, floor plan,and map) of the User Portal Bookings section.

How the Microsoft Teams Integration Works
The Microsoft Teams integration is a simple two-step process. You create a custom app within your Microsoft Teams account. Creating your own app is a simple process and we provide full instructions. You can then ask your users within your Teams organization to download the app you've created. Once you have your app and asked users to download it, you can enable the integration on the Admin Panel to complete the process.
