Troubleshooting NexDelivery

The app won't let me scan my packages.

You probably didn't allow camera access when setting up the app for the first time. This can easily be fixed by allowing NexDelivery to access your device's camera. The process is slighlty different based on your device.

iOS

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Scroll down to the apps list.
  3. Tap NexDelivery.
  4. Drag the Camera toggle to the right to allow camera access.

Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and try scanning new packages.

Android

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap Apps & notifications.
  3. Tap the NexDelivery app.
  4. Tap Permissions.
  5. Allow camera access for NexDelivery.

Close the NexDelivery app, open it again and and try scanning new packages.
