What is NexIO?
NexIO is a Nexudus app available on iOS and Android tablets that lets occupiers and visitors check in and out of your space. Visitors also have the option to register on the spot and pick a occupier as their host.
NexIO is included in your Nexudus subscription at no additional cost.
Setting up NexIO
Before customers can start using NexIO to check in and out of your space, an admin needs to set up the app.
Checking in/out with NexIO
Occupiers can check in using the Passport app or their PIN code.
Visitors can check in using the QR code or the PIN code they received in their registration email.
Registering Visitors with NexIO
Visitors who aren't registred by a customer or an admin can register on the spot using NexIO. Visitors registering with NexIO are automatically checked-in as they register.
