What Is the White-label Passport App?
The white-label Passport app is a customizable version of the standard Nexudus Passport app. The white-label app works like the standard Passport app. All the Nexudus branding is simply replaced by your space's logo, color scheme and chosen branding.
The white-label version of the Passport app also lets your users unlock doors using the app if your space uses Brivo, Doordeck or Salto KS as an integrated access control system.
You users can download the white-label version of the Passport app on Android and iOS devices, as they would if you had developed the app yourself.
The white-label version of the Passport app adds a $/£/€150 monthly charge to your Nexudus subscription for every 5 locations.
For example, if you manage between 1 and 5 locations, you'll be charged $/£/€150 for the white-label app. If you manage between 6 and 10 locations, you'll be charged $/£/€300 to use the white-label app.

What's the difference between the white-label and standard Passport app?
The white-label app offers the exact same features as the standard Passport app with a couple extras:
- Custom app branding
The white-label passport app lets you name the app after your space and control the color scheme as well as the images used on the app. It effectively removes all Nexudus branding from the app, making it seem like your own.
- Door unlocking features
In addition to the branding customization, the white-label Passport app will also let your users unlock doors using the app if your space uses Brivo, Doordeck or Salto KS as an integrated access control system.
I received an "Apple Push Services Certificate Expires in 30 Days" notification, what should I do?
Your app is renewed every year by Nexudus. Apple sends you this notification because you are the owner of the Apple Developer account, but Nexudus will always make sure your app is updated before the certificate's expiration. You can rest assured there won't be any downtime for your white-label app.
How long will it take for my app to be available for download on the App Store/Google Play?
We can't provide a definite time frame from your request to having your your white-label app ready for user download, but the process usually takes at least a month.
Is the white-label Passport app available on any phone?
Yes! Your white-label Passport app will be available on the App Store and Google Play, which means that your users will be able to download the app whether they use an iPhone or an Android phone.
