Collecting Deliveries Using NexDelivery

You can record when customers come and collect their deliveries through the app. You can do so by either scanning the NexDelivery printed label or manually searching for the delivery on the app.
Consider recording collections on the Admin Panel if you want to process more than one delivery at a time.
Collecting Deliveries Using the Search Option
You can easily record delivery collections in NexDelivery by searching for the customer on the app.
Open NexDelivery on your device.
Select your location.
Tap the Search button.
Search the customer.
Tap on the delivery.
Tap the Sign button.
Let the customer add their signature within the frame.
The delivery is now collected in Nexudus. Repeat the process if the customer has multiple deliveries to collect.
Collecting Deliveries Using the Collect Option
You can also record delivery collections using the Collect option if you use NexDelivery printed labels or if you have the delivery's reference handy.
- Open NexDelivery on your device.
- Select your location.
- Tap the Collect button.
- Point your device camera at the NexDelivery printed label.
NexDelivery automatically scans the NexDelivery printed label.
If the app cannot read the printed label or if you have the delivery reference:
- Tap the barcode icon in the bottom right of the screen.
- Enter the printed label barcode number or the delivery reference.
- Tap the Submit button.
Tap the Sign button.
Let the customer add their signature within the frame.
The delivery is now collected in Nexudus. Repeat the process if the customer has multiple deliveries to collect.
