Activating Customer Accounts


Suspended customers are no longer considered active in Nexudus. They lose access to most features of theMembers Portal, including making bookings or purchasing products. You can easily lift this suspension and reactivate any customer account on the Admin Panel.


  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Tick the checkbox next to every customer you want to unsuspend.

  3. Click onLift suspension in the Bulk actions menu.

  4. Click Yes, do it to confirm.


You've successfully unsuspended the selected customers.
