Archiving Customers

You can archive customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
This is a great alternative to deleting customers if you want to:
Hide inactive customers
Clean up your customer list quickly.Keep your reports accurate
Save data that could affect reporting when the customer record is deleted.Maintain an audit trail
Keep files from past customers including any signed contracts or agreements.Review related records before deleting the customer record
Identify connected records that would be affected by deleting the customer record.
For example, if you're responding to help-desk requests using the Open AI integration, deleting customer records will also delete associated help-desk messages used by the AI to reply. To make sure your help-desk continues to provide accurate information, you can archive your customer instead.
Suspended customers can only access the Members Portal to pay invoices.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Operations > Members and contacts
Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to edit.
- Click Archive xx records in the Bulk actions menu.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
All set! You have successfully archived your customers. You can restore customers in a few clicks if you need them again.
You can easily see all the customers you've archived using the Views menu.
