Archiving Customers

You can archive customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel. Archiving is an alternative to deleting customers if you want to:
Hide inactive customers
Clean up your customer list quickly while retaining their account in case they decide to join your space again.Keep an audit trail
You want to retain files such as signed contracts or agreements you have linked to these customers.
For example, you have customers that use your space for a few months and then leave for long periods of time before returning. Archiving them is a quick and simple way to remove them from day-to-day listings while allowing you to easily restore their account when they do come back.
- Suspends their account in Nexudus
- Removes their access to the Members Portal
- Suspends any active contract they have
- Removes them from all listings
- Removes their data from all reports
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Operations > Members and contacts
Tick the checkbox next to every record you want to edit.
- Click Archive xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu.
Click Yes, do it to confirm.
All set! The selected customers are now archived. You can restore them at any point in a few clicks.
You can easily get a list of all the customers you've archived using the Views menu.
