Adding Access Tokens

You can create access tokens for customers in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.

Access tokens allow users to connect to your Wi-Fi network up to a certain number of minutes.

Each token also includes a maximum number of devices that caps how many devices can be simultaneously connected to your network using a single token.

Customers and visitors can then use the token and their email address to log in to your Wi-Fi network.

The token is valid up to a certain number of minutes, If you'd like to give unlimited access to your network just add a high number of minutes.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Click Operations > Wi-fi access tokens.
  3. Click on Add access token.
  4. Click on Manual entry

  5. Under Access token details, enter the access token's code.
    Nexudus will automatically generate the code, but you can edit it.
  6. Under Access time, define the amount of time included in the token.
You can add any whole number between 1 and 99,999,999.
  1. Under Limits, define the valid from and valid until dates.
  2. Define the Maximum number of devices that can connect using this token.
  3. Click the Save Changes button.


All set! The access token is now in your inventory.
