FAQ

Can I offer access tokens with unlimited access time?

You cannot create access tokens with unlimited access time per se, but you can create a token with a very high number of minutes of access time that effectively makes the tokens valid for a nearly unlimited amount of time.

Can multiple customers use an access token at the same time?

Yes, as long as the token has a maximum number of devices that is higher than the number of customers or visitors connected using the token.

For example, if you want to allow a team of 3 and their 2 guests to use your Wi-Fi, their token must have a maximum number of devices of 5 or more.
