Adding Price Schedules

You can add a contract schedule to any new or existing contract in a few clicks on the Admin Panel.
For example, if you set up March 1st as the last billing day on the schedule for a monthly plan, the schedule you set for March will apply indefinitely until you add another schedule.
Existing contracts
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Finance > Contracts.
- Click on the contract that needs a price schedule.
- Scroll down to the Price schedule section.
- Click on Add schedule.
- Select the billing day when your first schedule should start.
- Define the price that should apply for the selected billing cycle.
- Repeat the process as many times as needed by clicking Add schedule, selecting the next billing day and defining the relevant price.
Click the Save Changes button.
All done! Your price schedule is now live and will automatically apply until it ends or the contract is canceled.
New contracts
Follow the steps detailed in Adding Contracts. Once you reach the Price schedule section, you can move back to setting up your price schedule.
- Click on Add schedule.
- Select the billing day when your first schedule should start.
- Click on the contract that needs a price schedule.
- Scroll down to the Price schedule section.
- Click on Add schedule.
- Select the billing day when your first schedule should start.
- Define the price that should apply for the selected billing cycle.
- Repeat the process as many times as needed by clicking Add schedule, selecting the next billing day and defining the relevant price.
Click the Save Changes button.
All done! Your price schedule is now live and will automatically apply until it ends or the contract is canceled.
Proposals
Follow the steps detailed in Adding proposals. Once you reach the Price schedule section as you add a contract, you can move back to setting up your price schedule.
- Click on Add schedule.
- Select the billing day when your first schedule should start.
- Click on the contract that needs a price schedule.
- Scroll down to the Price schedule section.
- Click on Add schedule.
- Select the billing day when your first schedule should start.
- Define the price that should apply for the selected billing cycle.
- Repeat the process as many times as needed by clicking Add schedule, selecting the next billing day and defining the relevant price.
Click the Save Changes button.
All done! Your price schedule is now live and will automatically apply until it ends or the contract is canceled if the customer accepts the proposal.
