AMA Support Package

What is the AMA Support Package?

The AMA (Ask Me Anything) support package lets you book 4 Support calls per calendar month with one of our support specialists. The AMA subscription costs €/$/£300 per calendar month. This package gives you a 57% discount compared to booking 4 individual sessions.

The AMA support package has a minimum subscription period of 3 months.

You can cancel your subscription at any point after this initial period.

Signing up to the AMA Support Package

If you're ready to sign up to the AMA support package, just contact support and let them know you'd like to sign up. You'll receive a confirmation email letting you know you can start using your package.

We charge your AMA Support Package per calendar month.

For example, if you sign up to the AMA package on September 16th, you need to book your 4 calls before September 30th when they will automatically expire.

You need to book your 4 monthly calls between the 1st and the last day of each calendar month, regardless of when you are invoiced for your Nexudus subscription and AMA support package.

Booking AMA Support Calls

As soon as our Support team confirms your AMA subscription, you can start booking your AMA calls as you would any regular Support call. Your first 4 calls are automatically discounted to be free of charge. If you book more than 4 calls during the month, each additional call is charged €/$/£175.

AMA training calls are always covered using the credits of the calendar month when they happen.

For example, if you book a training call for June , the training will always be deducted from your June AMA credits, even if you booked it in May.

Unused AMA training calls automatically expire at the end of each calendar month.

Unused calls cannot be refunded or carried over to the next calendar month.

Canceling Your Subscription to the AMA Support Package

After your minimum subscription period of 3 months, you can cancel your AMA subscription at any point by reaching out to our support team at support@nexudus.com. You'll receive a confirmation email from our support team once your subscription is effectively canceled.

Make sure you use all your Support calls before canceling your subscription.

Unused calls cannot be redeemed or refunded once we cancel your subscription.
