Sometimes plans change, and you may find yourself needing to cancel your virtual office subscription. While we’re sorry to see you go, we made sure the process is straightforward and transparent.
Virtual office subscription charges aren't prorated when you cancel. If your current month's subscription has already started, you'll be charged for the full month.
You need to cancel any active virtual office contracts before you can cancel your virtual office subscription.
This includes contracts that are paused or frozen.
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Click Settings > Your Nexudus Subscription.
- Under Account tier and subscriptions, click on the Add-on subscriptions tab.
- Click on Cancel subscription.
All set! If your plans change and you'd like to start offering virtual office plans again, you can always re-subscribe.
