Commenting on Articles

Customers can easily rate and comment on articles from the Members Portal.

You'll need to enable comments on articles to let customers use this feature.

You can also enable or disable comments for individual articles.


  1. Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.

  2. Click on the Community tab.
  3. Select Events.
  4. Select the relevant event.
  5. Under Share your thoughts, add your comment about the event.
  6. Select a star rating.
  7. Click Share.

All set! The customer's review has been successfully published to the Members Portal.

You can monitor and delete comments on articles from the Admin Panel. Simply open the article record and click on the Comments tab.
