Commenting on Events

Customers can comment on events on the Members Portal. They can rate the event and leave feedback or ask questions.

You'll need to enable comments for specific events on the Admin Panel to let customers use this feature.

  1. Log in to the Members Portal if you haven't already.

  2. Click on the Community tab.
  3. Select Events.
  4. Select the relevant event.
  5. Under Share your thoughts, add your comment about the event.
  6. Select a star rating.
  7. Click Share.

All set! The customer's review has been successfully published to the Members Portal.

You can monitor and delete reviews of events on the Admin Panel. Simply open the event record and click on the Comments tab.
