    Deleting CRM Boards

    You can delete any CRM board that you don't use from the Admin Panel.

    You cannot delete CRM boards that still have opportunities tagged as In Progress.

    You cannot recover deleted records in Nexudus.

    Consider exporting CRM stages before deleting your CRM boards.

    1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

    3. Click Select at the bottom of the CRM boards you want to delete.

    4. Click Delete xx record(s) in the Bulk actions menu.

    5. Click Yes, do it to confirm.

    You've successfully deleted a CRM board.

    Couldn't delete your CRM board?

    Your CRM board probably still has opportunities tagged as In Progress. Make sure you remove all opportunities and try deleting it again.

    If you still can't delete your CRM board, simply add DELETE before their name and contact support. Our team will delete them for you.
