Managing Plans on the Members Portal


Article Summary

Customers can change plans directly from the Members portal. All they need to do is click the cog icon on the side navigation menu and then Plans and Benefits.

Plan cancellation policies and prorating settings always apply to cancellations and plans changes requested by customers.

The Plans and Benefits page lets them cancel their plan as well as switch from their current plan to a different one.

When customers change plans, they have the option to define their own start date and they are notified of the end date of their current contract based on its settings.
