What is NexIO?
NexIO is a Nexudus app available on iOS and Android tablets that lets:
- Customers and visitors check in and out of your space
- Visitors register themsleves on the spot
- Couriers deliver packages to customers and contact them over the phone
Tablet Requirements
You need at least one tablet meeting the requirements detailed below to use NexIO. You can choose to set up several tablets with NexIO if you want to allow check-in/out in multiple areas of your space.

Admin for NexIO
You must use a full unrestricted admin to set up the app. If an admin ever needs to sign out of the app or change its location, they'll also need to:
- Have access to the location associated with the device.
- Have access to the network location, if you manage more than one location with Nexudus.
Setting up NexIO
Before customers can start using NexIO to check in and out of your space, an admin needs to set up the app.
Checking in/out with NexIO
Members and contacts can check in using the Passport app, a QR code, or their PIN code.
Visitors can check in using the QR code or the PIN code they received in their registration email notification.
Registering Visitors with NexIO
Visitors who aren't registered by a customer or an admin can register on the spot using NexIO. Visitors registering with NexIO are automatically checked-in as they register.
