If customers use the Passport app or its white-label version, Nexudus sends a notification on their phone every time:

  • A customer or admin sends them a new private message
  • A customer or an admin posts a new message on a discussion board they follow
  • A customer or an admin @ them in a discussion board message
  • A customer or an admin
  • A visitor they're hosting checks in
  • A new delivery is registered under their name
  • A new invoice is issued and sent to them
  • An admin responds to a help-desk message they've sent
Customers must allow push notifications for Passport app or its white-label version to receive them.

They're automatically prompted to allow them when they first open the app, but they can also allow them at any point in time via their phone's settings.
