What are Plan Enquiries?

Plan enquiries let potential customers express interest in a specific plan before officially signing up.

How Plan Enquiries Work

Potential customers browsing the Plans section can click a link to enquire about a specific plan.

They'll be taken to a form where they can fill in their information and optionally book a tour. Once they've submitted their enquiry, Nexudus will automatically generate a proposal and a contact based on the information they've provided.

Whenever a plan enquiry is submitted, you'll receive an email notification from Nexudus with a link to the auto-generated proposal.

You can also get the potential customer's information from their contact record and reach out to discuss their interest. The potential customer won't hear anything from Nexudus until you reach out to them.

Setting up Plan Enquiries

Plan enquiries aren't available by default. You'll need to enable the plan enquiries section on the Admin Panel.

When you enable plan enquiries, you'll also need to define settings such as:

  • Which plans are available for enquiries
  • Whether customers can request a tour
  • If customers can also purchase plans directly from the Members Portal
