Setting up Plan Enquiries

You can easily enable the plan enquiries section to let customers express their interest in plans before signing up. You'll also need to define your plan enquiry settings at this time.


  1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

  2. Go to Settings > Sign-up and checkout.
  3. Click on the Checkout tab.
  4. Under Plans, toggle on Allow customers to enquire about certain plans on the website.
  5. Select the Plans you'd like to make available for enquiry.
Leave this field blank to let potential customers enquire about any plan you've published on the Members Portal.
  1. Toggle on Include a tour as part of enquiry if you'd like to give the option to book a tour when enquiring about a plan.
Make sure you've enabled and set up tours if you enable this option.
  1. Toggle on Prevent selected plans from being purchased directly if you'd like to prevent customers from directly purchasing the plans you've selected above.
  2. Click Save settings.


All set! Your settings have been saved.

Customers can now make plan enquiries on the Members Portal.
