If you requested an identity check through Stripe Identity, you don't need to manually review customers' documents.
Stripe will notify you when the identity check is complete.
When you request an identity or address check, you'll receive an email when customers upload their documents. You can easily review these documents in the CRM section of the Admin Panel. .
Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.
- Go to CRM > Identity checks.
- Click on the relevant identity or address check.
- Review the uploaded documents.
- Select Mark as verified or Mark as rejected.
- If you're rejecting the documents, add Rejection notes to share with the customer.
Customers will be able to view your rejection notes on the Members Portal.
- Click Yes, do it.
All set! Customers will receive an email notifying them of the outcome of their identity or address check.
If you rejected the identity or address check, customers can view your rejection notes and reupload their documents on the Members Portal.
If you approved the identity or address check, you can download identity check documents to keep a local copy for your records.
