Once you've integrated Doorflow with Nexudus, we automatically add customers with the relevant access to Doorflow. From there, your customers can open doors one of three ways:
For example, your customers can't use their PIN code to open doors if your Doorflow readers don't have PIN pads.
Using PIN codes to unlock Doorflow doors
If your Doorflow readers have PIN pads, your customers can unlock doors using their default Nexudus PIN code. You can edit their default PIN code in Nexudus at any point. This PIN code lets them unlock any door that they can access, as long as the door reader has a PIN pad.
You can easily send customers their PIN codes from the Admin Panel.
Nexudus allows shorter and longer PIN codes, but Doorflow requires 5 digit PIN codes for all its users.
For example, a customer PIN code cannot be 20720 or 54242.
Using access cards and key fobs to unlock Doorflow doors
Your customers can also unlock doors using Doorflow access cards and key fobs that you register in Doorflow and then in Nexudus. Once customers make a purchase that grants them door access in Doorflow, Nexudus automatically creates a user for them in Doorflow.
Using the Doorflow app to unlock doors
Your customers can also use Doorflow's own app for iOS to unlock doors in your space. Once customers make a purchase that grants them door access in Doorflow, Nexudus automatically creates a user for them in Doorflow.
Once customers are in Doorflow, you can invite them to use the app through the Doorflow admin portal. They should receive details to log in to the app via email.
From there, all customers need to do is download the app on their iPhone and log in credentials they received via email. Once they log in to the Doorflow app, they'll be able to see all the doors they can unlock.
