Adding Day Passes

Day passes are passes that customers can use to check in to your space for a day. Customers can check in and out as many times as they'd like within the same day – they'll only use 1 day pass per calendar day.

You have 2 options to create new day passes:

• A working day pass using the wizard
  This is the quickest and easiest way to create a day pass that can only be used during your opening hours.

• A custom day pass
  This is the best way to create a pass and control it's availability.

Adding Working Hours Passes

You can create working hours passes that are valid for a calendar day in just a few clicks with our wizard.

Example
Members on basic plans can access your space daily from 9a.m. to 5p.m. while premium members can check in at any time between 7a.m. and 8p.m.

You can create two working hours passes with different available hourand then add them as benefits to the relevant plans. Members with the relevant .

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Inventory > Passes.

3. Click Add pass.

4. Click on the Working hours pass tile.

5. Name your pass.

6. Define Valid from/until times based on your opening hours.

7. Click the Save Changes button.

The new working hours pass is now in your inventory.

Adding Custom Day Passes

Custom day passes

1. Log in to dashboard.nexudus.com if you aren't already.

2. Click Inventory > Passes.

3. Click Add pass.

4. Click on Manual Entry.

5. Name the pass.

6. Select the location where the pass will be available.

7. Select the Use priority of the pass.

6. Click on the Availability tab and define Available times

7. Click the Save Changes button.

You can now add your day pass to any plan or product as a benefit. You can also directly add passes to any customer's account via the Benefits tab.
