Adding Late Cancellation Fees

Prev Next
You need to create at least one cancellation fee product before adding cancellation fees to resources.

You can automatically charge customers a late cancellation fee when they cancel their bookings too close to their start. Your late cancellation fee can be a percentage of the booking's total price or a flat rate.

Want to charge a different late cancellation fees based on customer group, cancellation time, or booking price?
