Adding Message Macros

Message macros use message tokens that make each message or reminder sent specific to the customer by pulling data from your Nexudus account.

Message macros are only available in the location where you add them.

  1. If the navigation menu isn't visible, click the menu icon in the top left corner of the page.

  2. Click CRM > Message macros.

  3. Click the *Add message macro.

  4. Add a Subject for your macro.

  5. Select your Location.

  6. Add your message in the Contents field, leaving blanks where you want to add message tokens.

  7. Click where you want to add your first message token and then click on the token you want to include in the message.

  8. Repeat step 7 until you've added all the necessary message tokens.

  9. Click the Save Changes button.

You've successfully added a new message macro. We always recommend you test your new message macros to make sure they are displayed as intended.
